Overview
Enhanced and rebuilt a used Razor Electric Ground Force Drifter kart by upgrading components and customizing systems. Replaced the electric motor, soldered and wired new electronic components, swapped wheels, 3D modeled and 3D printed key parts such as electronic housings, and modified the frame, steering, brakes, and seating for improved performance.
Created custom adjustable mounts to attach a higher wattage electric motor to increase speed and torque. A new motor controller, throttle, and set of batteries were added to power and control the motor.
Bench style seat made to go over motor and a longer steering column with a different style steering wheel to accompany higher seat.
